Your profile screen doesn't appear

Fix: Reload the page — the profile almost always shows up on the next load.

A page or section won't load properly

Fix: Give it a few minutes, then reload. This clears up on its own almost every time.

A newer team isn't tracked well in Buzz

Fix: Recently formed teams — and brand-new team names — may not get accurate sentiment tracing yet. Our model doesn't handle newer teams efficiently until it has seen enough of them.

A player picture in the Squad section looks wrong

Fix: Not happy with an image in your squad? Reach out to support and we'll fix it for you.

Damage, survival time & knockouts aren't shown yet

Fix: We're working on sourcing these stats. Once we have a reliable feed, they'll be wired straight into the scoring system.

Match results haven't published yet

Fix: After a match ends, admins need a few hours to score every team and publish the results. Please wait patiently — they'll land on the leaderboard once scoring is done.
